- Our customers have the flexibility to choose apt model that would promote smooth communication, work environment and timely delivery between Anadocs and Customers.
- Anadocs partners with customers based on the chosen model and takes responsibility for the innovative solution required to customer’s unique requirements. The various models are:
Functional models
- Entire Product Development – Entire product /software development
- Modular Development – developing a particular module of a product /software
- Co-Development – involving with other offshore / onsite teams for the product / software development
Placement models
- Pure Offshore – Entire product /software development takes place at Anadocs. Client and our dedicated offshore team communicate regularly on the software requirements and its deliveries.
- Pure Onsite – Anadocs staff(s) are placed at client’s premises for providing the services required by the Customer till the agreed duration.
- Partial Onsite / Offshore – Customers may want Anadocs staff to be at their premises for short duration to have clear understanding of their requirements. During such situations, Anadocs staff (s) are sent to Customer premises for the agreed duration. And then Anadocs offshore team continues to provide the rest of the services as per customer expectations.
Pricing models
- Dedicated Resource – pricing is done based on the number of dedicated resources involved in Customer’s work for the agreed duration.
- Time and Material – pricing is done based on the time and material utilized in accomplishing the customer work.
- Compound – combination of the above said pricing model is also used based on the need.
